• Korean Language Course

Qualifications

Prospective students must meet the following qualification criteria:

• Degree seeking students
  • Freshman must have finished or be scheduled to finish formal education of high school. And TOPIK(Test of Proficiency in Korean) level 2 or higher is required for admission.
  • Transfer applicants must get TOPIK(Test of Proficiency in Korean) level 3 or higher. They must have completed a two-year college or at least 2nd year of a 4-year university.
• Korean Language Course
  • Have an adequate health, both physically and mentally
  • Applicants who have finished or are scheduled to finish high school in January, 2015.

Admissions criteria

• All the documents submitted to Woosuk University will be taken into consideration for admissions. Other additional documents including awards, language score (TOEFL, IELTS, JLPT, Etc.) will be preferred.
• Assessment of the documents including phone interviews will be conducted by the Center for global Relations and the Committee of global Relations.

Notes for all applicants

• Application form and other program materials are to be filled out either in Korean or in English. All of the materials should be on A4 sized paper; if smaller, attach the material to an additional A 4 sized paper; if bigger, fold it up to be an A 4 sized one.
• The documents such as certificates or credentials issued in languages other than Korean or English must include official notarized translation, which is to be put before the original.
• When you submit the documents to Woosuk University, they should be arranged in the order of the list of the required documents stated above.
• Submitted documents will not be returned to the applicant.
• Incomplete or incorrect documents are subject to rejection by Woosuk University.
• Screening will be done of the required documents only.
